ARRA Classic Rock Welcomes Drumming Prodigy Wolfgang Paul as Newest Band Member

Chicago, IL — 4/13/25 — ARRA, Chicago’s premier classic rock tribute band, is thrilled to announce the newest addition to its powerhouse lineup: Wolfgang Paul, a 20-year-old drumming phenom whose passion, precision, and stage presence are already making waves in the rock scene.

A musical force behind the kit, Wolfgang began performing live professionally at just five years old, quickly establishing himself as one of the most promising young talents in the industry. His love for music runs deep, and it’s clear to anyone who’s seen him play that the stage is where he belongs.

Before joining ARRA, Wolfgang honed his skills with numerous local bands and recording projects. Since the age of 12, he’s been a core member of Tom Sawyer, Chicago’s elite Rush tribute band, where his dynamic performances earned him recognition and respect far beyond his years.

Wolfgang’s impressive résumé includes sharing the stage with rock legends such as Warrant, Queensrÿche, Quiet Riot, Night Ranger, Stryper, Firehouse, Extreme, Dokken, Last In Line, Sebastian Bach, Ratt, Slaughter, Steelheart, Vixen, and Holland, among many others. His journey has also led him to Nashville, where he’s taken part in high-profile All-Star events alongside world-renowned artists including Billy Sheehan, Vinny Appice, Carmine Appice, Gregg Bissonette, Eric Martin, Paul Taylor, and more.

In addition to his growing list of accolades, Wolfgang is proudly endorsed by Wornstar Clothing, Scorpion Percussion, Turkish Cymbals, and No Nuts Percussion—a testament to both his talent and dedication to his craft.
